Dear Dr.
Jain -
I've never written a
testimonial in support of any product before -- but I want you to know the
extent to which I believe your Javani products have altered my skin and my
self-image.
I'm 53 years old and have
suffered from psoriasis since toddlerhood. At that time x-ray and sun
lamp sessions were preferred treatments and UVA/PUVA treatments continue
today. So the skin on my face and neck have been subjected to this therapy
for over 50 years. In addition, I grew up an outdoor girl on a high plains
For decades
I used topical super-steriods for my psoriasis and these often led
to profuse facial flushing and then dehydration of my facial
skin.
In my forties, I was diagnosed
with rosacea and adult acne which was evidenced by constant bright redness
around my nose, mouth, and chin - and sometimes my cheeks. In addition to
visible broken/blood vessels and the changing shape of my nose, I developed
scarring and odd bumps as residue from blistery pimple-like eruptions all
around my chin and mouth.
Unknown to me for over a
decade, I also suffered from an allergic reaction to certain makeup which caused
my eyelids and earlobes to turn red with white bumps and appear rather like
plucked-chicken-skin . . . . which incidentally, matched my neck.
Then I smoked for 22
years. When I quit, I gained 100 pounds on chocolate and chips -- all of
which added whole new dimensions to my complexion woes. And led, of
course, to constantly picking at my face . . . which spreads rosacea eruptions
and results in more psoriasis. So at 53 - for someone who was not
the victim of some terrible accident . . . I couldn't have looked, nor felt,
much worse. And, I'm a CPA with an international company in a
metropolitan area where although I don't have to be beautiful to be
effective, appearance matters.
One day in April 2004, I walked
into the Laser Cosmetic Solutions Medical Spa offices located in the LLoyd

Within just a couple of
days of using the cream day and night, I could see a remarkable thing
happening to my face. By the end of the tube, my rosacea and psoriasis had
both improved dramatically as had the overall quality, color, and texture of my
face and neck skin.
My face
started losing its 'tiredness' and I began to get questions and
compliments from coworkers -- this was within just a couple of
weeks! At this same time I started to lose all that weight at the rate of
about a pound per day. My medical doctor advised me to prepare myself
psychologically to deal with the effects of such rapid weight loss in the
form of wrinkled sagging skin and my jawline plus the area beneath my eyes
had already begun to confirm this. But the more I used the Javani,
the less I noticed any saggy skin.
Of course I still
have to drink a lot of water and get some good exercise as all skin
requires to look good - but I am personally convinced that the micronized
collagen in Javani is the only really good thing that has ever happened to
my skin. So when I returned to the medical spa to purchase
another tube and was told that they would no longer carry it -- I was devastated
and it was not an answer that I could accept.
That led to me doing a
web-search on your product, finding the Kushka Cosmetics web page and ultimately
leaving you a voice message to see if Kushka would work with me to find an
alternative supplier.
Your remarkable responsiveness,
graciousness and genuine concern is the stuff of storybooks and motivational
speeches.
Your follow-through with the
medical spa and with me, grew into the opportunity for the medical spa
staff to learn in-depth, under your tutelage, how to more effectively use
the products and directly observe their remarkable benefits -- especially
for distressed skin like mine. I am profoundly grateful to you and to
them.
The medical spa
staff are now as excited about Javani as I am and your commitment
to helping people like me has taken root as well. Its clear to me
that when you say the mission of your heart is truly to do something
that helps people, you are being honest. I believe you and I'm
extremely thankful for your years of research and for your willingness to
disrupt your life and comfort to make Javani available.
I want you to know that the
"before" and "after" pictures you took of me while you were here in June --
don't tell the whole story. Although the benefits and improvements
revealed in the photo's are obvious to everyone, what they can't reveal is what
I looked like in April when I first started using
Javani.
I am continuing both the
microdermabrasion and sonic infusion therapy and every week there are positive
changes! During this few months my weight has dropped over 70
pounds; but my face, neck, eyelids, and earlobes are remarkably
wrinkle, crinkle, blemish, bump, scale, and sag free . . . its a great new
look for me and doesn't give away the complexion traumas of
my past. I look better than I have ever looked -- and suddenly, I know in
the professional arena, I am marketable again. It's a miracle. Thank
